Sony prezentuje HDMI 1.3

Sony potwierdziło oficjalnie, iż droższa wersja PS3 (599 Euro) będzie wyposażona w gniazdo HDMI najnowszego standardu - 1.3. Technologię wspierają również partnerzy Sony: Hitachi, Toshiba, Panasonic oraz Philips. Nowe złącze oferuje: „dwukrotnie zwiększoną przepustowość w stosunku do wersji 1.1; Deep Color – szerszą paletę barw; nowe formaty dźwięku cyfrowego”. Głos w sprawie zabrał też Ken Kutaragi: ”Przedstawiając HDMI 1.3, z jego zwiększoną prędkością, technologią Deep Color, PS3 wyznaczy nowe standardy jakości audio-wizualnej dla najnowszych wielkoekranowych wyświetlaczy”.

Cechy HDMI 1.3:

* Prędkość transmisji: Zwiększona z 4.95 Gb / sek na 10.2 Gb / sek;

* Deep Color: Obsługa palety kolorów: 30-bit, 36-bit, 48-bit dla RGB lub YCbCr (max 24-bit w HDMI 1.1);

* Nowe mini-złącze: Specjalnie przystosowane do przenośnych urządzeń HDTV (np. kamery);

* Funkcja „Lip Sync”: Automatyczna synchronizacja dźwięku z obrazem;

* Nowe, bezstratne formaty dźwięku: Dolby TrueHD;
* DTS-HD Master.

Fajnie że 1Up opiera się o listy wydawnicze sprzed kilku miechów które zostały oficjalnie zdementowane. Brawa za błazeństwo dla 1Up. Gra napewno wyjdzie na inne konsole ale narazie nie ma o tym żadnej mowy.

OMFG! Właśnie obejżałem filmik z gameplay'u Crisis. Kurde ta gra musi wyjść na PS3. Poprostu kosmos. Video w nienajlepszej jakości ale i tak widac POWER tej gry. Niestety nawet jeśli twórcy zdecydują się wydac tytuł na PS3 to boję się, ze PS3 może tego nie pociągnąć w takiej formie jak na wypaśnym PC

Na Game Developers Conference w marcu pokazywano Crysis jako jedna z gier promujacych PS3, ponadto to jest gra developera Crytek o ile sie nie myle a oni brzęczeli ostatnio, że szykują coś na PS3. Myślę, że Crysis ostatecznie ukaże się na nową konsolę SONY.

O czym ty pierdzielisz. Przecież ta gra jest robiona tylko na PC i promuje nowe okna od M$.

Dokladnie, narazie to tylko PC. Choc stawiam, ze gierka tez bedzie na PS3 i XO. Aha no i nie mowcie, ze next geny by tego nie pociagnely, PS3 jak i XO maja bebechy mocniejsze niz najmocniejsze w tej chwili kompy wiec spokojnie, trzeba tylko poczekac az developerzy lepiej rozpracuja sprzet.

PS3 i X360 są potwornie mocne, ale... pamięć. Co z tego, że są one tutaj szybsze niż w PC (szczególnie PS3). Nie wszyscy developerzy z tego odpowiednio skorzystają. Chociaż teraz przypomniałem sobie, że PS3 ma standardowo HDD co na pewno pomoże. W końcu dysk może być wykorzystany (jak w PC czy zapewne też X'ie pierwszym) jako dodatkowa pamięć wirtualna.

Z tym że Crysis chodzi o ile sie nie myle na Dx10, a konsole NG nie będą obsługiwać takowego. Chociaż nie wiem do końca, wiem tyle że PS3 obsługuje OpenGL, ale nie wiem którą wersje.
