I've seem a lot of movies over the years, some of the worst ever made. so i know it takes real talent and skill to make some thing this bad. no way could this movie be an accident. that would be like a high school grad taking the sixth grade proficiency test and getting EVERY question AS WRONG as possible. if this was just bad acting there should have been at least some redeeming scene, one liner or golden turkey award worth event somewhere in the picture. as it is the only thing i liked about this movie was when i ejected the disk and threw it across the room. i got this trash for free and I WANT MY MONEY BACK! the makers of this movie owe me BIG for the time and brain cells wasted watching it. it's to bad IMDb's rating system doesn't have negative values. I'd give Transmorphers a -10

Ten lines minimum, eh. I'm not sure I can get ten lines worth of commentary on this one. The only thing that even makes sense as to how funding can be obtained for such a debacle is that it was intended to be a money losing project to bilk investors. (a la "The Producers" storyline) If that is indeed the intent (and it's probably painfully obvious to those in the know) then I have a suspicion that they may have succeeded. There oughta be a law.
Of course, "Lance Henriksen", on the box sucked me in but in the future I won't be so easily duped. In the "buyer (renter) beware" category, the simple fact that the The Asylum logo was on the box should have should have served as an, "I told ya so."
New rule: The Asylum = A nearly criminal waste of resources and time to create, view, and as I reflect, to even comment upon.
Never again.
A recka dla Resident Demon (podrobka resident evil) miazdzy!

This movie has extremely poor video quality. It was obviously shot on video, but has a very muddy and soft focus look throughout the movie. The angles were uninventive and the general feel of the movie is mediocre. There are insipid colored filters on some of the interior lighting that just makes the details of the image that much harder to see. Bad lighting and bad audio are just a few of the problems with this 'movie'.
LICH or RESIDENT DEMON as it is called on video, deals with an 'entity' that moves from person to person via touch. Supposedly a witch (a hot looking one, go figure) died in a house and somehow cursed it. We get a group of people having a get together in the house when people start dying one by one.
One good thing, the young actresses in this film are quite beautiful, BUT .... When we are teased with the possibility of seeing some beautiful (but inexperienced) 'actresses' showing some skin, we get nothing. Okay, a bunch of nudity would have helped the bad story, AND good gore effects and violent kills would have helped as well. Oh well, we're out of luck. There are some okay gore effects but the directing (or lack there of) eliminates any horror, dread, shock or emotion at all in any of these scenes.
A tremendous disappointment ... and the recent DVD cover has new cover art that implies some sort of 'RINGU' like creature prowling the hallways, but this is a sham. There is no such creature. Only inexperienced actors running around and ending up bloody. Avoid at all costs.
