"Top group (Difficult): Capos, Yoshi, Steve, Ling, Lei, Zafina are all difficult to use due to their stances. Baek and Raven are difficult because they have so many move options to choose from. Lee, Nina and Bruce are very good but their ability to wall carry requires pretty good skill. Bryan is in there because of taunt. Lars apparently has "hard juggles" (bullshit). Marduk has difficult juggles too because of f,f+1+2 enders.

Middle group (Average): Julia and Law have relatively difficult juggles, but their ground moves are quite good. Mishimas are in here because of technical skill requirements, according to this ewgf and hs is all you need lol. Wang is shit but waning moon is good, Ganryu is ok but decent moves. Feng's commands are easy but you need to "think a lot". Hwoarang has a lot of options from his flamingo stances but they aren't that good.

Bottom group (Easy): These characters are supposedly the easiest with simple commands and effective moves/combos. Their combos are all from d/f+2 and hopkick (lol so true). "

@edit: Każdy ma trzy item moves. Marduk ma maczugę, kask i młot (ale młot ma każdy).
