    nie działają "ustawienia ekranu"

    Witam ! mam problem że gdy próbuję otworzyć "ustawienia ekranu" pod prawym przyciskiem myszy na pulpicie lub w ustawieniach "system" to od razu się wyłączą. Nie mam pojęcia czym to spowodowane, jednak kiedyś robiłem optymalizacje komputera i był jakiś plik do rejestru więc podejrzewam ze tam jest coś co to wyłącza. proszę o pomoc.
