Witajcie e-koledzy.

 

Mam problem z realizacją płatności przez ebay, tzn. konkretnie nie ja, tylko kupujący (swoja drogą jak to jest, że zawsze to kupujący ma problem z zapłaceniem, a nigdy sprzedający z przyjęciem pieniędzy - PRZYPADEK?! ;)).

 

Kupił ode mnie pewien przedmiot, jak mi napisał - nie może sfinalizować transakcji, bo wywala mu "Error code: 70205". OK, napisał do ebaya o pomoc, ebay odpisał tak: "The buyer is having a hard time paying the item through Checkout. You have the option to send the buyer a PayPal manual invoice in order for them to pay the item."

 

I tu właśnie jest moje pytanie: gdzie znajduje się ta opcja do "ręcznego" wysłania mu polecenia zapłaty przez PayPal? Nigdzie jej nie widzę.

    Raz to robiłem kilka lat temu i to się robi na koncie PayPal a nie na koncie eBay. Jest tam opcja zażądaj zapłaty czy coś w tym rodzaju.
