Fajna sprawa,dla SE to mały nakład roboty, a zawsze jakieś $$$ wpadną na konto.

Ciekawe czy będzie to port wersji z PSP, która ponoć miała jakieś usprawnienia względem edycji na DSa.

Xseed chce przenieść Ys: The Ark of Napishtim na Steam:

 

Ys: The Ark of Napishtim is another Falcom game that Xseed are interested in bringing to Steam, the publisher said on its Facebook page.

 

A fan recently asked if there would be any chance of Ys 6 being released on PC, and an Xseed representative replied, “We will definitely try.”

 

Ark of Napishtim is available in the West on PSP and PlayStation 2. The game was published by Konami in North America, but a PC version released by Falcom in Japan exists as well. Hopefully, this will allow Xseed to avoid running into any copyright issues with Konami, provided they’re willing to re-translate the game.

 

Currently, Xseed are in the process of preparing The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky for a Steam release.

XSEED chce przenieść wiele gier, ale coś topornie im to wychodzi, dlatego na chwilę obecną należy traktować te informacje jako ciekawostkę. O Legend of Heroes nadal cisza, bo coś im się opóźniło, a to zapowiedzieli na PC jeszcze w zeszłym roku.

At the moment, FC is currently caught in development hell due to a number of bugs that are causing the game to crash since it got put into Steam. The QA testing for FC is to make sure it can even run in Steam at the moment.

As a result, they have their hands full with it, then hopefully SC will be a quicker process since most of the bugs should be ironed out by then, at least, but even then you never know what they're going to run into.

The situation doesn't work the same for Steam as it does for PSP.

Troszkę nowych info o FFIII na PC:

 

Last month, we reported that Square Enix were bringing Final Fantasy III to PC, and this morning, Square Enix officially announced the game for a PC release.

 

Final Fantasy III will be available on Steam “soon”. It will cost $15.99/€12.99/£10.99.

 

Square say the game has been updated with Steam Trading Cards and Achievements, as well as new visual designs for the Job Mastery Cards.

 

Square Enix also mention “new and improved 3D visuals and story sequences,” but have not provided further details as to whether the PC version features upgrades over Final Fantasy III’s smartphone release.

Huh, nie wygląda to szczególnie ciekawie. Stylistyka typowo... japońska... a gameplay klasyczny. Jeśli to faktycznie to, to... meh...

 

Na innym forum ktoś rzucił hasłem Students of the Round. Wygląda o wiele ciekawiej. Niemniej jednak racja co do tłumaczenia - nie wierzę, że Ghostlight się porwał na lokalizację czegokolwiek i niemal z pewnością wysłużył się czyjąś robotą.

Oba wymienione przez was tytuły całkiem fajnie się zapowiadają. Ciekawe czy rzeczywiście będzie to któryś z tych dwóch.

It might come as little surprise to you , but while I’m on the subject of Agarest I’m very pleased to confirm that we will be releasing Agarest: Generations of War 2 on Steam later this year. This sequel to the bestselling original game introduces a whole new battle system as well as a raft of other features.

 

Once again we will be using the team over at Laughing Jackal to port this popular console JRPG to PC.

 

Now, as some of you may have noticed, Agarest 2 is not a dungeon crawler and has been released in the West . So, those of you looking forward to finding out which dungeon crawler we’re bringing to Steam (as discussed in my previous blog) will be pleased to know that this announcement is still due to come on Thursday. So do keep your eye on the blog.

Sporo ostatnimi czasu tych niszowych jrpg'ówy wychodzi na kompa. Fajna sprawa, może z czasem będzie jeszcze więcej portów z konsol jeśli chodzi o j-rpg.

Mimo wszystko wydaje mi się, że to jakaś pomyłka. Vita i PC na jRPGa? Gorzej wybrać nie mogli.

 

Co do gry, to czytałem tylko negatywne opinie o pierwszej odsłonie na PS3. Do tego sam fakt roznegliżowanych skrzeczących lolitek skutecznie zniechęcił do jakiejkolwiek styczności i nie sądzę, by nawet system walki czy inny gameplay mógł mnie do tego przekonać.

Helen's Mysterious Castle wanders to Windows PC this Friday, Playism announced today.

The role-playing game follows our eponymous heroine, as she explores a labyrinthine castle on a floating island in the sky. Something of a lone wolf, the title character takes all comers one-on-one in "wildly innovative" fights.

Battles are a fusion of tactical and active time fights, requiring players to think on their feet a bit. It's all about sussing out the right tool for the task at hand and vanquishing enemies before they have a chance to react.

Helen's Mysterious Castle will be available in English starting August 22 for $1.99.
